Looking at the top battleground polls, HRC led by 4.8 at this point in 2016. Biden is leading by 4.4.
But the final polls reflected the race getting much closer in 2016, following HRC having her investigation reopened. Unless we have some event like that just before the election, then yeah Trump’s going down.

When respondents were asked how likely they were to actually go out and vote, Trump supporters were a lot more likely to actually vote. I think that advantage would be gone this time, with Democrats being really fired up to vote him out.
