and i wasn't coming at Dash or Mac, I adore them; I literally got roasted as hard as I am in this thread on KTT1 for saying that New Faces v2 was a top five rap song of the 2010s
i just thought it was depressing that Mac overdosed and died literally between the first and second tweets i embedded here, as if to simultaneously drive Dash's point home and, frankly, make the whole aesthetic seem kind of trivial
