C4 and IANAHB being considered the worst and "falloff" of Wayne is wild looking back
If only they saw the future
on a real note both ianahb got classic wayne gems
of course some stuff that didnt age well but i think people gotta go relisten and remember some of those great songs on both
Music discourse is so predictable today. An album being trashed doesn’t make it experimental. Sometimes albums are just bad and that’s okay

online sure but im happy to have been in high school during that time when everyone was blasting that s*** anyways

you are telling people to call it top 3 in this very thread
Kanye yes. He still thinks hes the top guy lol but Wayne? na Wayne is in his own world. I doubt he even hears the reception this album gets
The hype built and promo of C6 shows otherwise
And his interviews
you are telling people to call it top 3 in this very thread
Doesn't matter what people call it. Carter VI really might be Wayne's best album when it's all said and done.
You just gotta pick up on the more subtle layers of it and where he was taking us all.
this is now a live album reaction,
Cotton Candy is COWORKER MUSIC
this is ASTRONAUT IN THE OCEAN rap

its as good as lil pump 2, ill give it that
Id rather wayne retire than drop stuff like this
This is unnecessary
Im not gonna give fake love just because i love his old s*** lol and im not greatful for this at all cause its not good
The secret is---this doesnt matter. Like at all lol nobody will remember any of this in 5 years, let alone 10. If Wayne retires or passes away, you think you'll be like "why'd he release that last album, it was so bad!"
Nobody talks about Snoops 40 albums since the 90's, they only talk Doggystyle. Same with Cube, even though Cube had some gems in the 00s--nobody mentions them. It's like his career was only 4-5 albums long. That what happens with the greats in entertainment.
Michael Jordan played in the Wizards right? Barely any people even remember, let alone talk about that. His last shot with the Bulls is what everyone remembers. When the memories fade, only the good remains.

Another sleeper classic in the making. We'll see how people feel a year from now.

I agree
It is the downfall start of Wayne as whole projects but those album still are mostly good and he was still able to think of and execute a coherent concept and full product

yeah same with srem4

I listened to the album before I saw anyone’s opinion on it

It was trashed in media too and by a lot of peers
What we thought of it as teens doesn't change that, and it has a massive falloff after its first major week due mostly to hype
It is usually considered the start of the end for wayne
you are telling people to call it top 3 in this very thread
You tried to lie and say I was a kid
Im a grown ass man bruh, I just know what im hearing
I listened to the album before I saw anyone’s opinion on it
LOL SURE OK 👍🏿

it was the begining of the end, im just saying I was more than happy to experience it with people who also liked it at parties or in the car or whatever. Ive always loved those albums
