    2022 Houston is tough.

if you go too far back man s*** is valid but doesn't really gather the full picture. if you go travis you not from Houston in the slightest.

TBH, as a big travis fan, I can't figure out what's true and what isn't from his back story. I heard his side of, " I was on my friend's couch at USC and I got texts from T.I." but, I've also heard the " Travis' dad knew a guy who knew Mike Dean... BOOM Sin City. I lean towards the latter

travis dad was apparently tapped in even to the point where he had a relationship with primo as a kid. (neighbors or idk)

honestly that's definitely common for most successful people in the industry, either having half assed connections that didn't pay off or trying to curve your way in under somebody else.

    travis did both.

honestly the most un talked about loss for hip hop in the 2010's is what wale could've done for the gogo sound and the DMV area he had that s*** on lock earlier on.

I was thinking about this today. He was really ahead of that class until Drake came out. I don’t know if signing with Ross was the best move for his career. He had the same audience Lupe and Cudi had
