not sure what to tell you besides just invest your time and energy into productive projects like learning a new hobby (eg painting) or skill (eg coding) such that you feel good about urself in general by meeting small goals every day towards something cool n not focusing on something that is making you lose self worth ig...

wanting a relationship j bc you dont want to not have a relationship or outta sheer loneliness doesnt really lead to healthy relationships because you become overly dependent on the other person. so by filling your time that makes you feel like you're doing dope s***, you build confidence in yourself as well as spend less time stressed about having/not having a girl, which will make you hopefully just slightly more happy since less negative things are on your mental as well as make you less dependent on the other person when you do find a girl (which you will).
