Update I’m in deep like with 5 companies just need one of these to hit s*** is exhausting I’m mentally done. Number 1 option for job had interview this week I don’t even give a f*** about all the rejections it will have all been worth it if I can land this

not sure if anyone mentioned this but, keep in mind that when you apply for a job, more often then not, there's a closing date for that listing. it can be 3 days or 3 weeks out, hell, even 3 months. that closing date is when people start contacting applicants.

tldr: not being contacted right away does not mean you are not under consideration for the job.
