IMO maybe it was just because of who he was interviewing at the time and the lack of specific coverage of those artists but imo the early no jumper interviews are excellent. He was friends or friendly with a lot of those guys which made for a really loose, fun and freeflowing interview

You guys are just talking about guys you don’t like. I don’t indulge in vlad interviews but realistically he’s not a bad interviewer, he gets a lot of information out of people they don’t share else where. He is a pos, though

I’ve never retained a single piece of information from a zane Lowe interview. He could strike a deal with Haitians to resurrect Michael Jackson through the dark arts and sit him down for a tight 60 minutes and it would still be like watching paint dry. Absolute slog to get through
