SINGHi didnt like KOD at all
It's overhated but I see why there is a lack of appeal.

- cole is biting kanye by having hidden features
- cole is biting drake by using his producers
- the rollout of this album is lackluster compare to IYRTITL (a surprise drop)
- cole is corny for rapping s***bars in his freestyle
- cole is biting by using interpolation of lyrics
some of ya not even trying anymore

Well I've spoke negatively on him before but that's just because I think he's a mixed bag of an artist.
And musically it's all just opinions. Ultimately if the listener gained something positive from what they listened to, that's all that truly matters.

I agree with this statement. Aside from the terrible Folding Clothes song, it's got some amazing songs
Change and the title track are 10/10
he couldve turned those two interludes into 1 and got rid of the foldin clothes track
the reception wouldve been way better

It's funny, I was massively disappointed by 4YEO upon release but I've come to gain alot of respect for it the way I did VIEWS and Pablo later on.
Whereas with KOD I really liked it when it first came out, but I don't like it at all anymore.
i agree w this 100%
4yeo has great songs but it has fat duds too. Some of the songs imo are some of his best though.
whereas KOD after a month i didnt want to hear a track of it at all
