Wouldn't be surprised if all these are about 2+ years old
Maybe besides the Baby track
hell nah man when he says some s*** is old he means the verses written back then
these beats all modern as s***
If I was Cole, this is what I would’ve done.
Released Lion King On ice and Javari as the 2 pack in 2020
Released The Climb Back last Friday as the lead single
Kept the Interlude for the album.
hmm is Cole the Lilliard of the game
man always clutch
Clutch with no rings/classic albums is that what you’re saying
just got to hunger on hillside. was going to be REALLY disappointed if the bass didnt drop with that melody. did not disappoint. great song

I think him coming more aggressive on some of these songs makes a big difference in the first listen
Easier to vibe with low caliber punches when they're 3 at a time and the flow is nasty. Cole always fumbled broader themes more than the pure rapping imo
Clutch with no rings/classic albums is that what you’re saying
hmm can't say that cause FHD is a classic though

@CilviaDemo
already done
I honestly haven’t f***ed with a rap project this hard in so long. Cole really showed his ass with this one. As a fan I’m so happy with what I’ve heard. I’m even more excited about his album and whatever comes next.
I’ll probably make my own “deluxe” version of the album that includes:
LKOI
Javari
False Prophets
Everybody Dies
This sorta feels like what Kendrick was tryna do on Damn. Minus the pop appeal and a lil more consistent.
