8. ‘l e t . g o . m y . h a n d’
Prod. by DJ Dahi, Frank Dukes, J. Cole, Wu.10
Dahi and Frank Dukes on the same track is a cheat code no wonder this s*** so good
This needed a Kendrick verse tho
The periods in the titles are annoying lol why is it like that

amari, 100 mill, pride is the devil, let go my hand , hunger on hillside are amazing songs.
Early take:
Better than KOD for sure
More consistently good than 4YEO
But 4YEO has a slightly better ratio of songs I really f*** with heavy (Change, Neighbors, title track out of 10 tracks vs My Life, Let Go My Hand, Hunger on Hillside out of 12)
Proooobably my favorite since 2014 FHD but I need more time with it. I was hoping this would demolish the last two but nah not really.
Hate to say it but this was a let down for me, I was hyped
This guy just incapable of leaving these dusty vibes behind him and make a modern album. Its even more fustrating that 5 - 6 songs great here, but he still manages to ruin the vibe with the rest of them.

wouldnt say it ruins the vibe but its def very hit or miss
the intro especially was not great imo

Which is weird, because his earlier work was always pretty up-to-date with was going on in hip-hop... Afraid to step on old heads' toes

What the f*** was with the mixing on the intro? I never want to turn down Cam but damn

fr and the beat itself was doing it no favors

Exactly how i felt on first listen, it was underwhelming for me.
On my 2nd listen and it is growing on me but maybe need a little more time with the album
if he was going for a mixtape type of album, why is this thing so short? 4-5 extra bangers could save this from being mid.

he should've included lion king on ice
Aight this was like a 7
Not too bad but the standouts were intro and let go my hand
4yeo is still coles best album by far
As a Cole Fan/Cole Critic I think the album is cool. I’m glad he got away from the conceptual album and made it more thematic based on “training in the off season” and it works well. Need more time with it tho.
