Personally i still think the Fall Off will be a classic but to be real, Cole had a fumble of year back in 2024 although ultimately him following his truth should be respected in general

Idk man, I might've matured a bit differently by the time the apology rolled around, but tbh when I woke up that day and seen that s*** I respected it from the jump, for all the reasons he said he chose to fall back. I think people just don't like taking things at face value for whatever reason and choose to build and put stock into narratives instead. He didn't mean the s*** he said in 7 minute drill and really he just didn't want to do it (beef). There's a lot of self-determination one has to have in that moment to go against the world and stick to the unpopular choice of taking it all back.
I understood and respected everything he said in that moment. The internet gonna internet and run narratives, and we can have our lil fun with it, but I'm surprised people are still stuck on that s***, rather than choosing to either enjoy the art and the artist, or to just opt out completely.
Again, none of us are arbitors of hiphop or battle rap, y'all are wasting precious energy lol.
