They said they'd be dropping their album same day as Cole. They could've been joking, but they've been pretty consistent with saying that and they've also said the album has been turned in for a minute.

I was the biggest cold skeptic (like me now wit lil baby)

but after FHD i saw the truth,
and ive sound something to love on every Cole project since

Eyez is so underrated and beautiful, very subtle

and KOD was the bigger budget radio stuff and although not as good as FHD, it has its own sound and i have memories associated with it

isn’t Off Season project supposed to be kind of like a prequel to something called “The Fall-Off”

you would think with how "boring" he is they wouldn't be so excited to be first page in literally every thread that's ever been Cole related

Historically speaking a lot of the tracks surrounding his albums are better than album cuts.

For instance most of Truly Yours > a decent amount of Born Sinner. Same could be said for a lot of things he dropped around 2010/2011 vs what was on the first album.

I think he has certain criteria in his mind of what the album should be, which is fine, but sometimes that gets in the way of choosing the best songs.
