So interested in what producers and feats. Hopefully a alchemist and conductor beat. DJ Dahi would be nice as well and T-minus.
I’m thinking if it’s a boy is actually coming out it won’t be a mixtape maybe more a EP 4/5 songs
Just can’t get my head around dropping a mixtape and a double album in space of 1 week
I'm assuming one of the two discs is the mixtape. And it's probably called Its a Boy if that still exists. The way Mr Morale and the Big Steppers, one disc is Big Steppers the other is Mr Morale
How would y’all feel about that?
Disc 1 being a well put together album and disc 2 being a mixtape? Would that bring the overall score of the album down or would y’all count it as 2 separate projects?
I’ve always liked that idea. It lets you put a good album together + go crazy on some less serious mixtape type s*** + it would be a lot of tracks to boost sales or whatever
Best case scenario
The Fall Off - disc 1
Is Inevitable - disc 2
Mixtape - a week before the album

Hmmm 🤔
sounds good
Can we be real? It’s a boy is clearly not more music… bro was prob expecting a child and wanted to spend some quality family time before dropping his last album and going on a world tour. He doesn’t want to miss family time.
Maybe it was potentially some music at one point but turned into might delete later

Yeah possibly
I feel like the album is gonna flow like 2014FHD did
Question is, can Cole make 2 discs flow like that? Will be interesting to see his perpecite. How he will divide it

that is the double album Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers, not two separate entities smashed together
ya’ll setting yourselves up to be disappointed

FNL is 19 tracks, Born Sinner is 21 tracks
FHD is 13 tracks
he will be fine

or here’s an easy, simple, non-fanfic explanation:
the nigga didn’t want to waste money printing more merch
the project doesn’t exist, The Fall-Off in 2 weeks ya’ll, lock in and quit the conspiracies. We here finally!

The Fall Off - disc 1

I mean I have absolutely 0 idea what it's a boy is supposed to be so I have 0 expectations for that or even getting it. Only expectation I have that could get me disappointed is one of the discs using a lot of classic beats like Jadakiss mentioned. And Cole teased it too in the trailer it's not unrealistic
Kinda surprised nothing happened last week, feels like we gotta get a tracklist or another song or trailer or something to keep the hype going

he said this album is specifically for hiphop, album probably just has a lot of samples since Cole loves samples and can finally afford all the classic ones he’s probably always wanted
The only time Cole mentioned It’s A Boy out loud was on this documentary at 10:40 mark

Also mentioned It’s A Boy here @ 10:20

I’m not saying you wrong, but the only problem with this theory is I think Might Delete Later was supposed to be just a mixtape that spurred from It’s A Blur Tour hype and being around all those producers/artists before him and Drake did a collab for It’s A Boy (idk it’s just too convenient they were running around together HEAVY at the time, both have sons and even FPS he says they waiting to drop like a father to be) but then Like That dropped 4 days after the last Might Delete Later promo and everything changed
like Drake was putting out 100gigs of nostalgia footage and even talking about retirement then Cole conveniently does 12 hours of podcasts about his career?
I think there’s something major that was supposed to be aligned for both Drake and Cole and Dot f***ed it all up and now we here today salvaging what they could
