For Whom the Bell Tolls is an amazing intro
Immortal is a pretty good second track
Deja Vu - no. I really don’t understand why he chose to release this song after Bryson stamped that instrumental the way he did. To top it off, the song isn’t even good
Ville Mentality… I rock with the sentiment of the song and the message from the little girl is nice… but man is this a chore to listen to
I hope there's a variety of producers on this album. I don't want Cole producing every track by himself, the sound seems to get stale after awhile.
I hope he mixes it up a little bit by reaching out to different producers for his final album.

Yeah this album grew on me a lot. Very good tape.
The groove is nice I can’t front but like… the nigga could’ve done literally anything else on this production lmao
that would be insane but why are you even thinking this
also what 13 rappers are even worth dissing nowadays
She’s Mine Pt. 2 is integral to the narrative the album is trying to tell but at the same time it just feels so redundant

Should’ve just made it a dif sounding song lol
Title track is pretty good, ties it all together nicely
One of my favorite Cole tracks. Such a vibe

Overall, this is still a mixed bag for me. I’m not as opposed to it as I was 10 years ago, but it’s still a pretty inconsistent listen from start to finish. I think some of his best ever songs are on here (For Whom the Bell Tolls, Change, Neighbors), and also some of his most tiring (Deja Vu, Ville Mentality, She’s Mine Pt. 2). The themes and musicality are the strongest aspects about it.
