you got to be kidding me right? Kendrick is one of the few major artists in the game who is constantly dropping unique music, which other artist in the game is doing as much varied music as Kendrick?? listen to PRIDE, LUST, XXX, FEAR, untitled 02, untitled 05, Wesley's Theory, These Walls, You aint gotta Lie, Complexion, BDKMV, Money Trees, m.A.A.d city, TAOPP or Blow My High. None of these songs sound like each other, very few artists in the game experiment as much as Kendrick with sounds, genres, istrumentals, structures, etc. Kendrick never plays it safe, only time he did that was with HUMBLE and he had a number 1 single, plus it was his first making that type of song. Im sure his next single will sound like nothing he did before, he wont play it safe like Cole. Cole is a good rapper and producer but he always plays it safe, he already made these type of songs a dozen times. I would like him to come out of his confort zone once, I know he has the talent to do so.
