it does sound healthy thothe thought of having that convo with my parents makes me cringe as well, I grew up in a pretty repressed household where those kinds of conversations would never happen
BUT I also understand thats not actually how it should be, how unhealthy that is and don’t think its weird at all if someone with a different/better relationship with their parents could have those talks easily. If more people could have those talks so many would be better off
