Just finished spinning the block on MMTBS for the first time in a while, s*** high art for sure and s*** audio therapy will always fw this project

That said the stans and critics definitely gave Kendrick a lot more creative license than they giving Cole man... they let Kendrick get away with all types of s*** on this project they are frying Cole for lol

Favorites:

Disc 29 – Two Six, SAFETY, Run A Train, Poor Thang, Legacy, Bunce Road Blues

Disc 39 – The Villest, Only You, Man Up Above, I Love Her Again

The Let Out is the only song I'm really not feeling. Everything else is pretty great or tolerable. I do prefer Disc 29, those first few tracks set it off so nice.

Cole is the safer of the two so the critiques tend to be within the genre conventions. Cole would be deep fried if he ever put a final album with a song like that f*** you b**** track on morale lmaoo

Best album of the year so far. Whether it's "worth the wait" is irrelevant to me now. It's good music.
