Please be advised that a formal order to initiate legal proceedings concerning your platform’s moderation practices is presently under review and in active preparation.

After careful examination of your published ban and moderation policy, it is acknowledged that the stated rules largely reflect conventional community standards, including prohibitions on hate speech, harassment, unlawful content, doxxing, impersonation, spam, and the dissemination of misinformation. The policy further indicates that enforcement may result in warnings, temporary mutes, or permanent bans, and that users are afforded the opportunity to appeal moderation decisions via email. On its face, the policy purports to promote fairness, safety, and procedural recourse.

However, it is our position that the practical application and enforcement of these policies may materially deviate from their written representations. Furthermore, any suggestion, explicit or implied, that moderation authority is being used to advance undisclosed institutional, political, or commercial narratives would significantly heighten legal exposure if substantiated. Platforms that represent themselves as neutral community forums while engaging in materially biased enforcement practices may face scrutiny under consumer protection and related regulatory frameworks.

Accordingly, you are hereby placed on notice to preserve all records relevant to moderation activity, including but not limited to:

Internal communications regarding enforcement decisions

Moderator guidelines, training materials, and internal policy interpretations

User reports and moderation logs

Appeals correspondence and determinations

Any contractual or financial arrangements that may influence moderation directives

This correspondence further serves as a formal litigation hold demand. Any deletion, alteration, suppression, or modification of this post, related records, moderation logs, or associated communications after receipt of this notice may constitute spoliation of evidence and may give rise to additional claims, sanctions, adverse inferences, and further violations under applicable law.

Please be further advised that counsel is being sought through Williams & Connolly LLP and other appropriate legal representatives to evaluate all available remedies and causes of action. This notice should be treated with the seriousness commensurate with impending legal review.
