funny thing is they, iirc, they were purposely avoiding being forreal on each others tracks for years as part of the hype n promo for their collab album, ironically enough

which was in talk literally until like 2014/2015 - so uh, stupidly, they did it to themselves for basically no reason since it never fully developed and in turn missed many more potential big moments in both their careers and legacy. boxed themself out for basically a whole decade for some big brain marketing of making fans wait n build up anticipation to finally hear them - which, that didnt happen in the end

I don’t think him dropping these anticipated songs two days after Kendrick dropped is a coincidence, but that’s just me

i think it is kinda lame to share after all these year, but the episodes really that old? i agree that changes the "narrative" too which imo im glad bhecause its coming from a genuine place back then, no spite or "crawling back" thoughts of this messy year.

i didnt know that. so no episode on the off season or might deletem or does the recordings go all into this year too?

also i will give props that he still put it out even tho it could look a certain, or if he does have some odd feelings with kendrick today - he could have easily shelved it or cut it out which im happy he didnt.

So far just season 1 has been announced which goes up until FHD. Them saying it's season 1 seems to indicate there will be episodes that cover the rest of Cole's career but not sure if those recordings happened at the same time or later on. These season 1 conversations for sure took place in 2022

Yea there's some off season clips in this so it seems like everything will be from an 8 day period in late 22 and cover up to offseason. Unless they wanna add some new conversations to fill in for MDL etc
