5 listens in - ochocinco
Wyoming invented
remember when people were trynna push that 7 song album bs Daytona a classic though
yeah this is a great album but kind of highlights one of his biggest shortcomings which is that he can spit but not for a long time without it getting redundant and pointless
think he decided to cut the fluff from these songs which left us with a lot of quality but no quantity
That’s a good assessment tbh.
He’ll probably get to go longer next go around, I wouldn’t doubt the fact that he wants to go even harder
gang gang gang is some kendrick s*** wtf
He tried to make a sing about me but with like 10% of the effort and creativity
He tried to make a sing about me but with like 10% of the effort and creativity
maybe he was just trying to make a gang gang gang?

To this day I’ve only listened to the 1:30 iTunes snippets of To Pimp A Butterfly. That was enough for me to decipher that the album is unlistenable
Why you rapping about your weirdo friends and trying to make it a jam. Who's gonna be like let me put this 7 rape charges tune back on
He getting the “you can’t play him in the club” accusations now, he really is Eminem 2.0
I'd honestly love to hear an Alchemist produced project from him someday down the line tbh. He could totally pull it off.
I do think I’m in a bit of a hyperbolic honeymoon phase with this but this is really good
Maybe I’m just caught off guard by how much of an artistic leap it is
gang gang gang is some kendrick s*** wtf
It feel like he could have done something more with it than just say his friends committed crimes and he does not know how to feel about it. The beat is great.
Prod miles above than his last one tbh
The writing, the production, the subject matter
Everything is on a way higher taste level
