i think paul institute is mainly ment as platform for jai/ak to support artists like them that probs would find it difficult navigating the industry on their own in a traditional way
but still jai is signed to xl so naturally he has a different (rare) lane to commit to whereas paul institute acts as label for those without deals
But there’s an XL logo on the be honest artwork?

I just want to know so much more about their creative process and how they stay so secretive, everything they do just seems so calculated their art direction is immaculate. Maybe one day we can join the Paul institute

Okay I'm 99% sure what the legal issues are now. Without giving any company names or documents.
The brothers started the PI with funding from Muz Azar, that much we knew. However, after the releases in 2017 and summer of 2018, records show that in November 2018, there were plans to dissolve the Institute. Possible issues with Muz, looks like the brothers were asked to pay about 19,000 GBP.
The payment is still pending as of 2020. In January 2019, the strike was called off but was back on throughout the summer and ended in September. In October 2019, Muz created another firm that serves the same purpose.
This explains why there was no PI release last summer because they were going through this legal battle with Muz.
Looks like the brothers want sole control of PI.
