yes he’s always collabed with rappers, but the first full length you do with a rapper and it’s lil yachty playing pretend with the mgmt guys, i just can’t accept it

My hot take about the video is that I don't actually care about it being AI.
I hope the music is kept AI-free or the AI is used like a tool rather than replacement but I actually don't mind the music video being AI.
There is simply no way an artist like James Blake can make the music videos he wants without AI and recoups the money the way music industry and streaming works (unless you significantly compromise your vision for it or just keep it small-scale). Also, the declining relevance of them make them a shaky investment.
