Nah I haven't ahahaha except for Die Another Day
watch them in order bro all time classic s*** gotta see before you die
i love daniel craig bond also but its way better s***
casino royale 2006 might be goated still
When they make bondiverse of madness and craig meets brosnan, the new bond and an ai version of sean connery
For Skyfall, the character of Kincade was originally written for Sean Connery and he was legitimately considered for a while until Broccoli/Wilson/Mendes ultimately decided it was dumb/would be distracting and take away from what was actually going on. They sacrificed a lot of publicity, a likely box office bump, and something that admittedly, many people wanted to see, for the sake of the movie.
We’re never going to get a filter like that again. The second somebody goes… “Hey you know… Timothy Dalton would make for a great villain.” It’s going to immediately get greenlit and no one will even consider to second guess it.
Why do people suddenly act like the last few Bond movies under the old management weren't absolute s***

yeah idk why people are acting like 2 out of every like 4 bond movies aren't garbage lmao
Not that mad at them for wanting to protect their franchise tbh
I wonder if they even asked Nolan what he had in mind and to see if it was doable.
Either way we are all winning with the Odyssey

if anything, this news is just the fresh creative shot the Bond franchise needs.

Nolan was in talks to direct one after Tenet but Bond estate wouldn't let him have final cut

Same reason we didn’t get Danny Boyle’s movie
He refused to kill bond
The one hope I do have for this is that they possibly make period piece remakes of the books.
Yeah going back to the Cold War gadgets and cars and over the top villains would be the best direction imo

Most people liked the last one and to be frank that statement pretty much sums up all the Bonds they generally all have 50/50 runs.
Usually a classic then mid and so forth but for it's entire run we've all become accustomed to that some lows but then some amazing highs

its just funny that now people are saying the franchise is somehow ruined when its always been a mixbag,

https://twitter.com/DiscussingFilm/status/1898013277663138078F*** Bezos for riding for that s***. One of the worst ideas I’ve ever heard for a show/movie
Eon explored spin-offs numerous times, and while never obviously they went through with one, they did think the idea was viable.
The problem is that Amazon doesn’t want to create anything. Every idea is based off something already recognizable and well-known.
