I definitely understand there are people out there that get credit card debt to pay for necessities like medical bills. But there’s also a large amount of people who get cc debt from just being flat out financially irresponsible and paying for luxury items they can’t afford. Ain’t no way I’m trying to have my tax dollars go to them.

these are normal cops who aren't ever used to being on national tv testifying in front of a congressional committee. they're gonna spend some time mincing words and writing out a script that they have to read from. they're not trained performers so it doesn't sound or look incredible

I honestly don’t think they can get him just on that speech. it’s coded enough to where you can’t conclusively say he ordered them to break in. only thing is he didn’t actively try to stop it with quickness but i still don’t think that’s enough.
