He made that s*** boring. Like did anyone tell him the point of metaphors is to not be what they are on the surface?

For example. It samples Pacs Me & My Girlfriend which was about a gun. F*** yeah guns are awesome he makes them sound so cool.

But Jay made it a lame radio friendly hit about an actual girlfriend.

Like imagine if someone sampled Milkshakes by Kellis but they made it actually about Milkshakes, and somehow made it even worse.

And he took the title of an Eminem song about his making his daughter dump her mother’s body in the ocean.

He took from 2 songs that had great and interesting concepts and made it just a regular love song

Never liked that song, always prevented me from properly getting into Blueprint 2 even though I love BP1

But I’ve been listening to it and its full of bangers, way better than I gave it credit for

I used to feel this way tbh, but recently I've come around to it a lot more. Those Kanye drums hit tbh

The Pac version is def superior tho

Jay leached off Beyonce, Kanye, and Pac all in once for that song.

I'm just kidding Hovengers. It's a cool spin off of the original.
