I honestly wish these f***ing clowns named their organization something other than the Nation of Islam.

As always, non-Muslims posing as Muslims bringing a bad name to real Islam everywhere, lesser-informed people are gonna think we’re associated with these identity-crisis having lunatics.

Muhammad Ali AND Malcolm X (easily two of the most prominent ex-members of this cult) denounced it and embraced REAL Islam and performed their pilgrimages (God grant both of them heaven).

REAL Muslims who actually follow the teachings of the prophet always smell like rosey perfumed oil, candy & expensive fabrics. We wash ourselves 5 times a day & don’t consume alcohol & pork. There were a lot of posts, personally I'm not gonna get into it bc it's such a personal topic to me that it makes me very angry and I don't wanna debate it or give another person the benefit of questioning my roots, my origins. Sounds crazy to me.

It’s all just random rules used to discount people.

I think it’s a serious issue that whenever someone who is similar to us does something wrong, the first thing we do is distance ourselves from them rather than denounce them.

Reading something different should not be a disqualified considering how old the texts are lmao. It’s like the people who are all gung ho about what was written in the constitution lmao — things were different back then and we have to remix it and adapt.

I don’t really know what the NOI or what Islam in general does. But I think if you’re a Christian who doesn’t agree with the agreed upon Christian scripture to at least some degree I don’t think you’re really Christian.

To me, it absolutely does. If someone who reads a bible that’s in the form of a rap or audiobook rap let’s say lol, does something heinous while claiming they are Christian, my initial reaction won’t be “oh they weren’t Christian”. That’s just the point I’m getting at.
