Aug 11, 2023There is some bail to shoot in terms of antisemitism in this specific line…specifically the pairing of catholism and Judaism (two sides that have had strong oppositions to each other throughout history (ie an implication that Zelensky is playing both sides of the fence whatever that means generally) BUT I don’t think it’s worthwhile because I don’t find this version of Jay Elect as interesting or powerful. Miss his introspective verses. He sprinkles some in here and there now but his best ability was drawing from religion and emotion to tell us about his personal trials and tribulations.
