Now onto the Rex Mills part. I honestly have no idea if Jay actually f***ed w this dudes backpack. Thing is tho, Jay Z a man of pride. U speak on his name ill, u gon suffer the consequences. It doesn’t even matter if Jay is guilty, James saying he stole that s*** is NOT a good look for Jay.

Rex Mills has absolutely NOTHING to do wit the f***ing toilet paper. He was someone who got whacked by Jay’s goons. U can tell by how Guru reacts to that s***, that this s*** is serious. Notice how Jay gets all quiet before saying that s***? No f***ing around anymore, he cold as stone when he bring up Rex Mills name. Also, catch how he says to James that he’s not gonna need no toilet paper by the time he find out who it was.

TL;DR this dude spoke ill on Jay Z, so Jay vaguely threatened to send sum goons at him.

NOW here’s the craziest twist...
Everything I said in my last post is accurate if we assume nobody acting.
The James dude in the video has directed videos for Jay Z and writes s*** too. This dialogue was most likely pre-written by James, meant to promote either an album or a film.

If ur not sure who “The Bullits” is, its actually the stage name for that James guy, he does music on the side too.

To add to this point, James is the head of Roc Nation’s video department, and a bunch of the comments under his post are saying s*** like “nice writing” or whatever.

TL;DR this is an elaborate marketing strategy for something, it isn’t clear yet.

But why a movie?

Well the thing is, besides the fact that this coordinated stunt is done by and with the Roc Nation video department manager, there is also another reason to believe the promo is meant for a film.

Since last year, there have been rumors about Jay Z producing a movie, with Jeymes as the director.

It seems like this movie was able to get filmed in almost complete secrecy over the last year, and now Jay Z is getting ready to release it. This is an attempt to generate publicity for both Jeymes and Jay, and to draw attention to Rex Mills.

Rex Mills is a fictional character referenced by Jay Electronica on one of Jeymes’s songs, but most people don’t know that. My personal theory is that Rex Mills is the name of the film’s main character, and Jay Electronica, thanks to his close relationship with Jay Z and Jeymes, got to see some of the script, and is referencing a quote from that character in his verse.

If im correct, it’s promo for the movie that JAY is producing himself. Jay don’t play when it comes to promoting his money or his artistic ventures. And to be completely honest this marketing strategy is like really genius.
