carti has already said that he went to wyoming and recorded 16 new tracks for the album there. Most likely all the f1lthy tracks, go2damoon, metamorphosis considering kanye introduced him to cudi. So did he physically work on every beat? no. But most of the album was recorded in cody wyoming with kanye present
If that's true, then I really don't want to hear a Ye executive produced Hov / Nas album. As much as I enjoyed NASIR, it was a mess and I doubt Ye and Hov are on the same page (musically) these days.
I remember when Nas was doing interviews for King's Disease, and the interviewer asked him what upcoming projects he was working on, and Nas said one of the projects is top secret and that he can't talk about it. I wonder if this Jay / Nas collab album was what he was referring to.

i thought it was the dj premier tape. i remember that hot 97 interview.
I kinda disagree. Nas on King's Disease was sounding really fresh.
Sure, the project as a whole might not be on the same level as 4:44, but when you've got two of the best rappers OAT in one room trying to outrap each other, I think modern-day Nas could really surprise folks.
yeah I wasnt saying nas fell off or is ass now
it's just levels

You could be right, I was just throwing out some guesses.

It's a win for us either way.
Not gonna hold my breath but I’d be down for this. Hopefully the production would be dope.
They’re 10-15 years late.
Nas just won a Grammy & 4:44 was one of Jay's best albums. Both are on their second winds rn

Yeah I agree with thT, I just meant putting the tracklist together and s***. But I’m only saying that again cause I can’t think of anyone else who should

I still wanna hear Kanye’s verse over that F1lthy & Pierre beat during the Wyoming sessions
If true, this may go down as the absolute best hip hop album of all time. I can finally stop looking for stuff to compete with it, because nothing will match.
Idk about that, don't get me wrong I don't mind listening to old man luxury raps but their not in their primes no more.
& Dahi
Dahi so underrated. He’s prolly one of the best producers out
Actually sounds like a great idea to have hit boy produce
But would love to hear DJ Dahi do some stuff with them
