Seeing as Civil cases never end up going to trial and get settled within court this is clearly something to get the ball rolling against Jay Z.

A rape which happened in 2000 is going to incredibly difficult almost impossible to prove if it did or didn’t happen. Which again really hurts Jay Z because unless he was not at the party at that time could never prove he did not do it.
