Whats weird is that Lantz had credits on Fleurever (only Soul Searcher, Security, Right now & Tempted) I think one of the hardest things for them is to adjust to not sampling. MIP was full of so many samples and thats part of what made it so artistically pleasing.

Then again HP will still good (not as good) and it had a severely cut sampling list. Maybe we can call fleurever a sophomore slump

damn MIP is a real hidden gem

Its decent for sure, but fleurever turned him into a mid rapper imo. Before that he had such a large artistic prowess and his songs were more than generically structured hip hop. Hoping he goes back to it

Wtf happened to this guy. I remember people were hyping this dude up in like 2016 saying he was gonna be on Travis/Future/Thugs level

He has some ok songs but he reminds me of a poormans Travis

Think what took me out was the wait between HP & Fleurever
