Any good skinny/slim jeans with a 28 or 29 inseam?

Inseam in most jeans are too long. I like rag & bone fit 1, but even a 30 inseam stacks a little too much for my liking.

Just buy the jeans and get them hemmed

I don’t understand why getting them hemmed isn’t an option? there’s gotta be a tailor or even a dry cleaning place that offers this service near you. s*** cost no more than 20$.
