No it doesn't, tell me where it's specifically said that it promotes slavery. The only reason slavery is mentioned is because at the time it was common practice. In the new testament specifically it's mentioned the word servant instead of slave to signify man's devotion to God.
I don't support slavery, and neither does Jesus. Like I've said, you're uninformed and probably base your opinions on what you heard rather on what you know.
