tbh, I hope that Kanye and Dre are the main producers on this project or we might be in for another WTT like album where some tracks were less amazing due to little involvement from ye

but dem worked as co for dre so I think Dre will be pulling some strings here

I think at this point there's at least little doubt that Dre will probably do the mixing. But damn, I just hope they actually produce together. This collab has waaaay too much potential for them to pick some random beats. Both of them are miles ahead of anything they could pick, honestly. I didn't like that about some parts of WTT where Hov and Ye picked some Swizz Beats mid and wasted potential.

True but maybe this will open the door for a more ambitious collab in the future

i think the album will be JIK part 2 and just has a couple songs produced by dre and dem jointz. but dre may have an Exec producer credit. I think the Swizz beatz track on here, LA Monster hopefully too

I'm not upset at all by people criticising Kanye

I really wonder for how long this has been in the making. I mean, usually Kanye is so f***ing leaky and inept to hide anything from the public If this is coming so soon they must have been working on this. Well either that or this thing will be created in two weeks or so I think we can definitely assume that this gonna be anoter 20 sum minute album. I'm super in for this but I'm still extremely curious and perplexed

me too, really came out of nowhere. but as far as i can tell, if it does come its coming real soon, like pre-december. (judging by Bu's comments on his insta)

He's been in Dre's studio working on it apparently, as opposed to the last year or so where he's been hiring a bunch of random engineers from the nearby cities he's in to work on his music

Sounds good. I just really hope this is more of a KSG kind of project and not something like Nasir. KSG is so polished, you feel that there was an extensive working process behind that album while Nasir feels very rushed. Could really go either way with this one, hope for the best. But then it's totally not Dre like to drop some rushed mid.
