Yeah man it's just time for me to admit that JID is an artist I will never be super into or blown away by.

At the very least, this project was the first since The Never Story that I can say I actually made it through when listening to it. Comes close to capturing that feeling I had when I heard The Never Story. But overall it's just...there like his other projects. Just never live up to The Never Story for me.

Also for the love of god I cannot wait for this trend of artists not putting the features on the tracklist to end.

This may be his best project off first listen. Really feel like he’s coming into his own
