So why does ktt hate when artist talk about religion in their music
They would much rather have their artist talk misogynistic s*** or rap about d****.
A Written Testimony out NOW
U seen the jay elect threads on here
Niggas hate that s*** here too
Have you listened to it?
Yessir Tried to play it twice first time I switched it off halfway through and the second time I legit fell asleep
Motherfuckers really still listening to ELEMENT, LOYALTY and LOVE in december 2020
element is fire and so are all the songs u said but especially element
So why does ktt hate when artist talk about religion in their music
Its nonot just KTT in general religious art is looked down upon as not cool which is weird because some of the best art ever is religious inspired
Why people dont like Water?
The instrumental is soothing and even has some chillwave vibes. Ant Clemons vocals fit perfectly with the beat.
Kanyes part is clearly reminiscent of a prayer and imo fits the whole theme of the album.
Only downside is its a bit short but other than that great song
best song on it.
To me the album really is ruined by Use This Gospel. Idk how somebody could explain to me how that song sounds good. The sample and hum part was so fire so idk how they couldnt manage to make a good song out of it. That s*** terrible
because the coachella version is 100 times better
I agree the song couldve been longer but the Coachella version feels too bare and like nothing much happens.
Even if people like that version better, doesnt necessarily mean this version is automatically trash
Yessir Tried to play it twice first time I switched it off halfway through and the second time I legit fell asleep
Its not for everyone.
I like indie rock / folk rock so i liked it a lot
They would much rather have their artist talk misogynistic s*** or rap about d****.
You ever notice people who say they can't stand "Jesus is great" bars and say it's one dimensional content are never in threads for rappers who talk about abuse and d**** saying it's one dimensional?.
element is fire and so are all the songs u said but especially element
Element literally makes me cringe, One of the few Kendrick misses, you can keep that pop record bro
What we're discussing here is Jesus is King the ninth studio album by Kanye West released on October 25, 2019 through Def Jam Recordings. I give a f*** about how many versions of a song exist or what track made the cut.
It proves it wasn’t rushed.
So why does ktt hate when artist talk about religion in their music
Thats not the reason at all JIK get the hste it deserves on here. For comparison, DAMN obviously carries very deeply religious themes throughout its run. And i'm not tryna turn this into a DAMN vs JIK thread either. Its just some obsessed people who keep bringing it up at every chance.
They would much rather have their artist talk misogynistic s*** or rap about d****.
Cant say that when this is top 5 SOTY
Element literally makes me cringe, One of the few Kendrick misses, you can keep that pop record bro
People don't like hearing Christian artist praise god in their music or in their art because Christians are so dominant culturally.
So JIK off title alone was doomed
lowkey element by kendrick sounds like a baby keem song
You ever notice people who say they can't stand "Jesus is great" bars and say it's one dimensional content are never in threads for rappers who talk about abuse and d**** saying it's one dimensional?.
People have accepted the mediocrity of many mainstream hiphop bars for years now. But when it is about a different subject all of a sudden they lose their s***. Recent example was Megan thee stallion imo.
lowkey element by kendrick sounds like a baby keem song
*Baby Keem songs sound like Element
lowkey element by kendrick sounds like a baby keem song
You mean baby keem sounds like element
Kendrick really followed up masterpieces GKMC, TPAB and UU with DAMN pop just for mainstream clout
I hope his next project makes the clout worth it
I dont get why people assume we dont like JIK just cause its so based in religion
Like College Dropout, Yeezus, and TLOP arent loved on here
