I think OP is trying to say that Kanye got so cocky that any idea he comes up with turns into a whole project without considering what it would sound like in terms of his discography/legacy...
He isn't cocky he's been pretty clear his whole career about not caring about his legacy.

You saying this tho is great timing cause I literally had a whole ass thought about what separates people who do great things and people like us on forums and in regular life who kinda never do.
A large part of it is people do great s*** don't usually care bout they legacy but other people care alot more with way less to lose.
