i got my interview rescheduled 4 hours before i was gonna go in and i called out of 2 of my jobs to make room

This was a while ago I applied for a power plant job that was high stress and required a lot of critical thinking under pressure. S*** motivated me to go back to school and finish my degree now I work for the same company with much less stress and much more pay

Hey man it happens, as long as you felt confident and did your best you’ll land a nice job eventually. To better your chances in whatever field you trying to work in just up your knowledge or skills somehow

Nobody will hire me for anything hardly ever and it took me a while to figure out its because im a creator and need to do my own thing

i got an offer yesterday!!

my current boss was going to give a pay rise 'below market value' aka being underpaid still

this new job is soo much better and its gonna be a great opportunity

this was the only final stage interview i had last week

Cheers homie - ive been applying directly to companies since august, limited success at first but recently a lot started to come

first interviews i was nervous, but by the fourth or fifth, they start to ask you the same questions, and it feels very natural to answer as youve answered many times - i didnt really do any motivation or cover letters - trickiest part is coming across well and presenting yourself

id say a big tip is to line up as many interviews as possible

I'm surprised I've been getting interviews without writing a single CV or cover letter
