please maybe do some more research into the economy of nazi germany, as scratchin said they privatized a ton, and then maybe also actually read into what socialism is.

they privatized to monopolies that they fully regulated and controlled the owners had 0 effective control over their business

‘Why’, I asked Hitler, ‘do you call yourself a National Socialist, since your party program is the very anthesis of that commonly accredited to Socialism?’

‘Socialism’, he retorted, putting down his cup of tea, ‘is the science of dealing with the common weal health or well-being. Communism is not Socialism. Marxism is not Socialism. The Marxians have stolen the term and confused its meaning. I shall take Socialism away from the Socialists.

‘Socialism is an ancient Aryan, Germanic institution. Our German ancestors held certain lands in common. They cultivated the idea of the common weal. Marxism has no right to disguise itself as socialism. Socialism, unlike Marxism, does not repudiate private property. Unlike Marxism, it involves no negation of personality and, unlike Marxism, it is patriotic.

‘We might have called ourselves the Liberal Party. We chose to call ourselves the National Socialists. We are not internationalists.

they controlled the means of production

    well clearly you didn't read.

can you explain how a state controls the means of production after privatizing

    here

    nber.org/system/files/chapters/c9476/c9476.pdf

"In the six years between the Fascist victory in Germany and the outbreak of war, Nazism erected a system of production, distribution and consumption that defies classification in any of the usual categories. It was not capitalism in the traditional sense: the autonomous market mechanism so characteristic of capitalism during the last two centuries had all but disappeared. It was not State capitalism: the government disclaimed any desire to own the means of production"
and in fact took steps to denationalize them."

u realize that the nazi goverment literally told all the companies what to produce, how much to produce, what to set the price points at etc etc and that the ownership of the companies was privatized essentially only nominally?
