here's a grand notion: if the Democrats want to win the election, they should've nominated a good candidate. they've failed miserably by not consolidating "the Left" and instead pandering to corporatism.

People don't vote 3rd party because doesn't take the chance away from another candidate like trump being elected. It's hard to explain and I'm not an expert with politics, but as a voter you kinda have to choose "who would be best to defeat trump by number of votes" and go there. Lot of people voted 3rd party instead of hillary in the last election, then trump won

3rd party isn't why hilary lost, its because a lot of voters simply stayed home because she couldnt rally people to vote for her
