Y’all are hating for no reason. The best thing about the pod is that he is an open book about every contract and bad deal he’s been in, from def jam to complex to shady to Spotify. In yesterdays episode he breaks down all the ways Spotify let them down and exploited them for their own business purposes.

From what I understand, they hugely underpaid and undervalued the jbp, then used their numbers to structure their whole business model on podcasts. And now Spotify is paying joe Rogan whatever that absurd number was.

It’s more complicated than joe budden being a hater and s***ting on Spotify for no reason. I hope the dude starts getting paid what his podcast is worth.
