He doesn't understand that you can see a market for a product without the consumer directly asking for said product.

Anything that is pushed down the supply chain is inorganic in a sense to him.

I think what he fails to understand is that something can be organic and also be pushed from down the supply chain. Because of this he puts limited value in anything that he deems contrived
