You'll see, lmao. Drake does this a lot. He leads these niggas on and gives them the run around. He's told Ebro that he'd give him an interview before. Same with Rosenberg. Even Joe Budden has admitted his doubts of ever landing a Drake interview. He's done more interviews with Elliott Wilson than anyone else and they have a great relationship but even with that, it took Elliott Wilson 6 years to land another interview after the CRWN interview back in 2013, despite him reaching out to Drake for an interview every year since then (and in both that interview and the one they did back in 2019, Drake is the one who reached out and set it up).
Drake won't be doing any interviews with people who he doesn't view as extremely professional. I could see him doing another interview with Elliott Wilson/B. Dot or Zane Lowe or someone else who is reasonable. He won't give any interview to someone who he feels will try to rile him up with messy questions or try to get a viral moment out of him.

I definitely agree that he doesn't do interviews with anyone considered "messy" but Joe has been working overtime lately riding for Drizzy on the podcast so I wouldn't be shocked either way. I still would consider Joe one of the LESS messy guys in his space though he obviously stirs s*** up sometimes too.

That's definitely a possibility. The vibe just felt really off that year lol plus that was their first interview together. A new one would have a different setting and everything. I'm looking forward to whatever new interview we get tbh.
