ovovaIeyou know drake dropped a masterpiece when every user who trashed his last 4 releases defends this like they never were anything less than a stan while the most casual and annoying drake stans are in shambles cause this doesn’t have the same future feat and trap beats we got a million times before
All we wanted was for him to do something a lil fresh. We were never haters. Been a drake fan for a long while but CLB and scorpion were just not it (save for a few songs)

that take is more than understandable, drakes concept of an album completely changed ever since he got too big and the albums always suffered because of this since they became more of a playlist. Glad you like this one

That’s an issue too that I’ve been seeing.. as if we’re incapable of listening to more than top 40 hiphop and RnB.. this 2022.. ppl ain stuck in 1 or 2 niche genres because they’re black or American. We love dance pop/deep soul house/electronic music too.. Black coffee been spinning records for decades now. Stop that pretentious bullshit.. “oh y’all only don’t like it because of the genre shift” ..nahh Drake dibbles and dabbled w/a few dance influences and the EXECUTION ..was subpar.
