there is no "bad job" except if you get founded on for illegal activity or "proven" discrimination - in terms of the law and their job stipulations.
thats the only ways, and of course if the judge decides to retire
most judeges have been in position for long ass times - a good amount are literally 50/60+ usa speaking
which is part of our slow paced outdated laws and incarceration problems
edit: oh and i guess the other cause is if you literally dont show up for jyour cases and such just pure blatant neglect
