Yea but when Fantano likes an album and dislikes another sometimes it can be all too convenient. The point is he not only didn’t like Mac but was damn near outright dismissive of his work until he passed and Fantano got the memo to take him seriously. Fantano picks up on cues and reacts how he thinks he’s supposed to. You can justify it but nah panning swimming and then crying over the first posthumous release is weird
