Did I like a line about uplifting the community and enforcing positive examples by unifying opposing gangs?

Yes, I did. Believe it or not, it was more then just the ā€œDrake took the Lā€ show

It was moment you wonā€™t see from the East Coast OR Toronto.

The East Coast would be a lot better if they had something similar to a Pop Out and it looks like there is another initiative for the West to put on for other folks outside of California within the region.

East Coast isnā€™t unified like that and never really has been. A lot of the rappers on that coast hold a ā€œlone wolfā€ mentality and really keep to themselves and their crew

One thing about the West Coast is theyā€™re unified and always have been, aside from a fence sitter or 2. And thatā€™s one of the reason other regions get irked about the West. They could never have something like the Pop Out.

    True. No denying that

My thing with the whole lone wolf s***, is that times have changed. NY doesn't need to continue this lone wolf mentality. So many dope rappers/crews from different areas such as Van Buren (Boston), MONDAY Night (Virginia), North Ave Jack (Vermont), etc. are all from different states but within that same region. Plus, are outside of the TriState area.

It would be amazing to see some TriState area rappers reach out to others. The only ones I know who has done s*** like that was Erick Sermon. I also think ASAP Rocky could do it too if he wanted but unfortunately NY going to continue to be jealous of other regions sense of unity

pigeonholed himself into being griselda adjacent and rightfully believes that hopping on some low effort conductor beat will give listeners the impression that he's "authentic" hip hop.

the actual nail in the coffin is how subpar the bars are compared to his debut lyricism and throwing vague shots at 'the big 3' all while thinking he's above having to respond to rappers who are actually in his weight class
