I've always been more a fan of his live albums than his studio stuff tbh

i never listened to his live stuff but i almost never listen to live albums. continuum a classic and room for squares, heavier things and battle scars are nice too. this aint it for me so far

his John Mayer Trio album was pretty great...much more on the blues side rather than this pop rock s*** which I'm not really into either
