Just because he was okay with it from the start doesn't mean he isn't allowed to change his mind on it. People change, especially in a relationship which is why he told her what was up and offered to end the relationship. She wanted to stay and agreed to make those changes so I don't see how he's wrong for that.
You people cant comprehend that it's common for ppl not to be the same person they were at the start of a relationship and will later on have disagreements about things their partner does.
