    read the article

His lawyer contends there is evidence exonerating him. But the Army didn’t want to insert itself into the controversy at a time when it desperately needs to perk up recruiting, which last year fell way short of its goals.

The Army is spending more than $117 million on its advertising buy for the “Be All You Can Be” campaign, which will be on social media, television and digital and physical billboards.

“A majority of that content did not contain our main narrator. … So we have a ton of content to go back to, to create basically new commercials new ads, if we need to,” said Maj. Gen. Alex Fink, head of Army marketing, to The Associated Press. “The campaign is full steam ahead.”

So this means that the video they have probably shows Jonathan assaulting the girl in some way cause why else would they release these texts which justify his abuse by “you shouldn’t have tried taking his phone”

Wish we could see images of her injuries. If she end up looking like how Rihanna did after her incident, it’s a wrap for Majors. He gonna become a Tubi all star.

Wasn’t a lady recently brutally murdered at a military base in Florida, but they said “no foul play” was involved in her death or something?

Wasn’t a lady recently brutally murdered at a military base in Florida, but they said “no foul play” was involved in her death or something?

domestic violence and even sexual violence is unfortunately common in the US Army because the perpetrators only get a slap on the wrist or walk away with no real record of it happening

    cbsnews.com/news/militarys-domestic-violence-crisis-investigation-norah-odonnell-cbs-news

    cbsnews.com/news/military-domestic-violence-survivors-investigation-norah-odonnell-cbs-news

"Incidents of spousal abuse in the military" were "more than twice that of the national population," according to 2019 data cited by the nonprofit Blue Star Families.

Liz Knight was one of those helped by Hosein. While military police investigated and found probable cause to charge the person she accused of physically assaulting her, Knight's case did not go to a court-martial. The alleged perpetrator instead received a local letter of reprimand, which, she said, was removed from his record when he left South Korea.

"There was no protection for me. There was no help. There were no resources," Knight said. "The soldier is an asset. They need him. They have spent a lot of money to train him to do his job. And who am I? As long as I'm removed and I'm not part of the problem, then they have their soldier."

The Army values the soldier more than the victim's safety, Hosein said, because "the Army is tasked with fighting this nation's wars. So, the most important thing to the Army is its soldiers."

it was visible enough for the police to make an arrest, take that as you will. Unlikely those photos will come out though unless they get leaked like the Rihanna pics did

I think ( don’t know ) but think she released these text as proof of “ written recanting we obtained “ . Why his lawyer thought this recanting looked good when no part of the text says “ I injured myself “ is beyond me but a trial is coming . Don’t know if charges can be dismissed when in this situation the victim would logically be scared or try to recant
